Presentation - ‘Editing tricks of the trade’

A light-hearted but informative look at an editor’s loves and hates.
Workshop - ‘Pruning and polishing’
11.50am-12.50pm
A whole-group workshop looking at when and how we need to reduce or expand text.
Bookable 1:1 editorial support sessions

Times will be confirmed after booking. Editorial 1:1s will be booked on a strictly first come, first served basis. Editors can offer feedback on a sample chapter (max 3000 words) plus a synopsis (max 500 words), any genre (including fiction, children’s fiction, non-fiction and memoir) if emailed to info@cannyedit.scot on or before Wednesday 28th August but only once the session is booked and confirmed.
