Alien Species - Dudendance

Links car park,
5 Sep – 5 Sep

Plastic waste is having an irreversible, devastating effect on the planet and especially in the sea. In this performance, audiences are invited to imagine a new Alien Species that might evolve when plastics mutate into living beings—sea creatures that emerge from the ocean and transform into trash. This outdoor, promenade performance combines organic forms with artificial materials and features sculptural costumes that are shed, shaped, and transformed by the wind and sea.
