Rob MacNeacail is a musician, sound designer, and composer working across film, theatre, and broadcast media. His recent credits include sound design and composition for Paper Portraits and Caran, alongside dubbing mix and sound design work on Bill Douglas – My Best Friend, which received two nominations at the Venice Film Festival and screened at the Glasgow Film Festival. A native Gaelic speaker from the Scottish Borders, he is also active in community arts and cultural projects throughout Scotland, running Gaelic Psalm Singing workshops, and presenting the psalms at Gaelic services. 

Expressive and evocative, Gaelic psalm singing is deeply embedded in Hebridean culture. Participants will learn more about the history of the musical tradition of Gaelic Psalms and how to sing them.
