This workshop will provide the opportunity to explore painting and drawing outdoors. We will look at how to sketch and compose work in sketchbooks right up to painting on location. A variety of techniques using different media will illustrate how to use the materials outside exploring ways tomake marks in response to the landscape. Specialist easels will be provided. The workshop is open to all levels. The aim is to enjoy the process of painting and drawing working directly from the landscape in a friendly and informal way.
