Stephen Chase

A composer, ambler, and bookseller, Stephen has lived in Nairnshire for the past 5 years having wended his way here via the Borders, Sheffield and Essex. He's frequently found with a nose in a book, making strange noises or combining the two at Nairn Bookshop, where he has recently joined Samantha, his partner in crime (and many other kinds of book) having shuffled away from numerous administrative roles in the NHS and university sectors. His music has appeared in various parts of the world, from Montreal to Tianjin and on Radio 3. He's keen to get involved in the local community and assist with the continued blooming of a dynamic festival.
